Mode of Payment of Fee

Composite fees, Tuition fees, Admission fee, Security fee, Transport fees should be deposited from 1st to 10th of every month in 5 terms via Cheque/Cash/by Card/Debi Card/Credit Card/Online/UPI/NEFT issued in favour of J.P. Public School.

Composite Fees+Tuition Fees+Admission Fee+Security Fee 1st to 10th April
May - June 1st to 10th May
July- August - Sept 1st to 10th July
October -December 1st to 10th October
January - March 1st to 10th January
  • Late fee for Rs. 10/- will be charged per day if the fee is deposited after 10th till the end of the month.
  • The name of the defaulters will be struck off from the school roll for non payment of dues. Students will only be re-admitted on payment of re-admission fee of Rs 2000/- and all other dues upto date and that too at the discretion of the PRINCIPAL
  • Fee should be paid in the Accounts office on the school premises during school hours.
  • If a fee cheque is dishonoured, a fine of Rs. 500/- shall be charged in addition to late fee.
  • Defaulters (on account of non-deposit of fee or dishonour of fee cheque) shall deposit the outstanding dues (inclusive of late fee/fine/re-admission fee) through pay-order/Bank Draft only.
  • Parents / Guardians wishing to withdraw their ward from the school must give one month notice in writing to the Principal, otherwise one month fee in lieu of the notice will be charged, Caution money, if any, will be refunded at the time of withdrawal from the school on producing caution Money Deposit Receipt, provided all school dues have been settled.
  • If no claim to caution money is made within three months of the withdrawal of your ward from the school, the caution money will be forfeited. On transfer, the School Leaving Certificate and Progress Report shall not be issued until all the dues are paid.
  • Duplicate copies of such certificates are not ordinarily issued. In special cases such certificates are issued after verification on payment of Rs. 500/-
